Understanding the Care Industry is vitally important to ensure that vulnerable Adults are not placed under any risk, from reception, care and nursing staff, through to the chefs and kitchen assistants. Just missing one member of staff can make a difference to the day to day operations. Central Point are here to support you and ensure your operations are affected as little as possible. Compliance is a critical part of working within the industry. Central Point will ensure that Candidates will have the appropriate qualifications and enhanced DBS checks appropriately required by CQC.
